As a digital printer and mailing company, Manu-Mail NV attaches great importance to quality, security and continuity. In order to guarantee the best quality of your printed matter, we constantly invest in new machines and ensure a good follow-up by our permanent team. Our team follows training courses in order to achieve this. In addition, each print is subjected to various controls: color, paper, weight, etc.

Are you worried about your customer portfolio? Don't worry! We guarantee you 100% that your file is safe in our hands and that it will never be passed on to third parties by the people working at Manu-Mail NV. Our processes are designed to limit human intervention, for example the closed loop system. Here are some examples:

AVG - GDPR

Manu-Mail NV is GDPR compliant from the beginning, we establish an agreement with all customers, employees and suppliers. Since since May 25, 2018, a new GDPR agreement has come into effect, we have adapted and strengthened our privacy clause accordingly.

Each member of our staff has signed this agreement. Therefore, personal data remains protected and is never passed on or sold to third parties. We always take appropriate technical and structural measures to guarantee the level of security.

Treatment guaranteed at 100%..

As far as mechanical treatment is concerned, we aim for a 100% guaranteed treatment thanks to our closed loop system.

Special software creates a print-ready document in which each address is assigned a mail identification code and/or a data matrix code. The pre-press process takes place in an automatic workflow. The data matrix code, which is also printed on your mailing, links the correct address to the correct name. To ensure that your data remains protected after printing, we can provide a color sheet. Reprinting is also done automatically based on the 2D code, so your data is always protected. Handling is fully automated and error-free thanks to the closed-loop system. You have an additional control of the number of shipments thanks to the postal consignment note.

Track & Trace

Do you want to be in control of your shipment? It is possible! Manu-Mail NV is evolving with the future, so we can offer you track & trace for large volume shipments. This way you know where your shipment is in the process.

As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. You will then be kept informed of the status of your order so that you can check if the processing is going as planned. With a 100% closed loop system, more detailed reporting is possible. This way you can see who did what and which machine was used.
