Manu-Mail NV has developed a tailor-made software that allows you to make your address file profitable by correcting it with the Bpost address file. Duplication also contributes to this by removing duplicate data from the file.

2. Your shipment through our preferential mail contract
For shipments via our contract, you pay a lower price than when you go through a post office yourself. Not only for shipments in Belgium but also worldwide, we can offer you interesting prices.
One example among many: if you want to mail a C5 letter, it will be treated as non-standard. If we, as a company, treat your shipment, we can mail it as standardized, which means a more favorable price.
52. We, Manu-Mail NV, are a certified Mail ID company and a recognized partner of Bpost, which allows us to offer you the most advantageous postal charges. We can also use the Mail ID barcode to extract the remaining returns from the file so that it is up to date for the next mailing. This eliminates unnecessary mailings and reduces your postage costs.
3. Machinal and manual processing
Your shipments are processed both mechanically and manually at unbeatable rates. Because we have invested in the latest technology, we can process approximately 80-90% of your shipments mechanically, which reduces staffing costs and therefore gives you a lower price. We also offer the most competitive prices for manual processing.
Since Manu-Mail NV is both a printer and a mailing company, we can handle smaller and larger volumes at very competitive prices.
